Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane is reportedly keeping close tabs on Chelsea starlet Callum Hudson-Odoi, with the youngster’s future in London still hanging in the balance
Although he has yet to receive a chance to showcase his talent at Stamford Bridge, the 19-year-old is regarded as one of the hottest prospects in English football.
The pacey forward was one step away from moving to Bayern Munich last January before the Blues pulled the plug on the deal due to Maurizio Sarri’s intervention.
But, the Italian never allowed Hudson-Odoi to max out his potential, which compromised his future in London before Franck Lampard took over the reins in the summer.
After a brief conversation with the new manager, the Englishman has opted to stay at Chelsea but has yet to register a Premier League start this term also.

According to the Metro, Zidane is closely monitoring Hudson-Odoi’s situation and has added him to his wishlist for the upcoming transfer window.
Los Blancos are searching for quicksilver forward to replace the out-of-sorts Gareth Bale, and with Eden Hazard’s struggling for form, they might be forced to intervene in the January transfer session.
If Hudson-Odoi’s first-team opportunities remain limited as they’ve been so far this season, he might as well be willing to link up with La Liga giants.
Real already grabbed Chelsea’s standout performer, Hazard, during the summer and are also keen on their star midfielder N’Golo Kante, who for now remains out of their reach.
