Tottenham Hotspur’s wantaway star Christian Eriksen has reportedly held a face-to-face meeting with the new boss Jose Mourinho to inform him about his desire to leave the club
Ever since taking charge of Spurs, the Portuguese manager desperate to find out whether the 27-year-old would accept the prospect of extending his contract, which runs until next summer.
However, Mourinho has received a negative response from the Denmark international, who seems determined to depart London after six years of service.
Even though Eriksen has the utmost respect for the former Manchester United boss, he will leave Tottenham, one way or another, according to the Daily Mail.

Since Mourinho took over the reins, Eriksen has fallen out of the picture, registering just 11 minutes of top-flight action under the new manager, and a departure seems to be imminent.
It is now up to the club to decide whether to cash in on their outgoing playmaker in January or risk losing him for free at the end of the season.
Inter Milan and Juventus are reportedly leading the race for his signature, with Real Madrid still lurking in the shadows, while a potential switch to another Premier League club remains on the cards.
