AC Milan plot summer move for Ajax forward

AC Milan have already started making plans for the upcoming transfer session as they look to strengthen their roster preparing for the Champions League comeback

Sitting fourth in the Serie A table with a four-point lead over fifth-placed AS Roma, the Rossoneri are on their way of returning to Europe’s top-tier competition after five years of absence.

With Hakan Calhanoglu and Suso, both enduring an underwhelming second part of the season, Gennaro Gattuso is eager to reinforce his attacking department.

One of the names that have popped up is Ajax’s David Neres, who has already attracted interest from several top European sides.

Known for his devastating pace and excellent technical abilities, former Sao Paulo man has emerged as one of the hottest young prospects in the Eredivisie.

The 22-year-old winger enjoys a stellar season with the Lancers and has been part of the starting XI that hammered Real Madrid at the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu earlier this month.

The freshly introduced Brazil international made his debut for the national team in Selecao’s 3-1 win over the Czech Republic in a friendly challenge a few days ago.
