Barcelona target Alexandre Lacazette was reportedly spotted in Spain on Friday
The Catalans have recently expressed their interest in Arsenal striker, as they look to find a high-profile backup option for the aging star Luis Suarez.
According to the English outlet, Mirror, the France international has been seen in a local restaurant just a couple of days after the Gunners suffered a disastrous 4-1 defeat to Chelsea in the Europa League final.
Although Lacazette’s presence in the city is probably a part of his holiday, the real nature of the Frenchman’s visit is still uncertain.
The former Lyon man has emerged as one of the potential candidates to replace the Uruguayan forward at the Camp Nou, with Antoine Griezmann also remaining as a viable solution after announcing his desire to leave Atletico Madrid.
With a record of 19 goals scored across all competitions, the 28-year-old has been Arsenal’s second-best goalscorer this term, bettering his tally of 17 goals netted in his first Premier League season.
