Arsenal have made a formal offer for Real Madrid winger Lucas Vasquez as they look to beat stiff competition from Paris Saint-Germain, Inter Milan, and Bayern Munich
With the arrivals of Luka Jovic, Rodrygo, and Eden Hazard, the 28-year-old Spaniard will probably see his game time restricted drastically compared to last season.
Also, after splashing out around €300m on the new signings, Los Blancos are looking to raise funds as they plot a massive swoop for Manchester United’s Paul Pogba and would therefore gladly accept to renounce Vasquez’s services.

According to the British outlet, Metro, the Gunners have tabled an offer of €32m upfront plus another €3m in add-ons, which is deemed enough by the Real Madrid hierarchy.
Unai Emery sees the Spain international as a perfect boost for his attacking department and is looking to lure the pacey forward to North London by offering him a regular first-team action.
Meanwhile, Vasquez is eager to earn a spot in Spain’s Euro 2020 squad and playing in the Premier League may help him achieve that goal.
