Barcelona have assembled a 3-man shortlist to replace aging superstar Luis Suarez at the end of the season
The Uruguay international has been one of the cornerstones of Barca’s success in La Liga and Europe over the past five years along with Lionel Messi.
Former Liverpool forward is already 32, and the Catalans are well aware they need to find him a suitable replacement although Suarez can play at the top level for at least two more years.

Ernesto Valverde has named three players to take Suarez’s role in the final third, with Atletico Madrid’s Antoine Griezmann topping the wishlist at the moment.
The reigning La Liga holders have a long-standing interest in the Frenchman, but Los Colchoneros have so far refused to talk about the 28-year-old’s sale.
Another name on the list is Eintracht Frankfurt’s prodigy Luka Jovic, who is enjoying an outstanding season in the Bundesliga as well as Europa League.
Emerged as one of the most talented strikers in Europe’s top-five leagues, the 21-year-old won’t come cheap, with the Eagles reportedly looking for €50 million to renounce the Serbian.
Last but not least, the Blaugrana consider making a shock swoop for Manchester United star Marcus Rashford, who has flourished in the Premier League since Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s appointment.
The Englishman’s characteristics perfectly suit the style of football Barcelona represent, but the Red Devils will hardly sanction the transfer unless a world-record offer arrives at their desk.
