Several sources across Europe have dropped a bombshell about Barcelona’s sensational offer for Paris Saint-Germain talisman Neymar
The Catalans have reportedly tabled a staggering offer of €100 million plus Philippe Coutinho in their pursuit of the 27-year-old superstar.
Although the former Santos forward forced his way out of Barca in summer 2017, he is now desperate to return to La Liga following two underwhelming seasons with PSG.
Meanwhile, the reigning La Liga holders are looking for a high-profile signing in their bid to lift the Champions League trophy next season, and Neymar has emerged as one of the top targets.

It is, however, uncertain whether the Parisians want a counterpart in this deal, considering they had to splash out €222 million to bring the Brazilian in the first place.
Still, Neymar’s departure seems inevitable after he failed to live up to expectations in Paris, often being involved in off-the-field controversies.
On the other hand, Coutinho has endured a miserable 15 months at Camp Nou and is eager to rejuvenate his career away from La Liga.
Manchester United, Chelsea, and Liverpool have all shown interest to bring him back to the Premier League, but a potential move to Paris Saint-Germain could be tempting enough for the ex-Inter Milan playmaker to turn down calls from England.
