Real Madrid’s ‘masterplan’ for landing Manchester United mainstay Paul Pogba involves three Los Blancos stars heading towards the opposite direction
La Liga giants prepare for the squad overhaul this summer following an underwhelming season in both Spain and Europe, as Los Merengues’ nostalgist-in-chief Florentino Perez looks to build a new era of Galacticos.
With Chelsea’ Eden Hazard rapidly approaching the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu following his post-Europa League final statement, Perez has other businesses waiting to be handled.

Another item on his agenda is to capture a high-quality midfielder to bolster Zinedine Zidane’s options in the center of the park after Casemiro, Luka Modric, and Toni Kroos all underperformed this term.
The Red Devils’ hotshot, Paul Pogba, tops Perez’s wish-list and is also a type of player Zidane covets ever since his reappointment back in March.
While the Premier League heavyweights hope to tie Pogba down by offering him captain’s armband, Real Madrid look to lure him away from Old Trafford by offering three players in return.
Out-of-favor forward Gareth Bale has no future in Madrid following his breakdown with Zidane and the club and could, therefore, play a prominent role in Pobga’s switch to La Liga.
James Rodriguez, whose adventure at Bayern Munich will come to an end this summer, is another player Perez hopes to include in this transaction, as well as, Keylor Navas, who has been on the sidelines for the majority of the season.
