Fernando Llorente is assessing the possibility of returning to Serie A, with Fiorentina showing interest in his services
The 34-year-old has recently become a free agent after his contract with Tottenham Hotspur run out at the end of last season.
Although the Tuscan-based outfit may offer the former Athletic Bilbao man a chance to play on the regular basis, he is still exploring other options, including the one to remain at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium for another year.
Used by Mauricio Pochettino as a backup striker for Harry Kane, Llorente has collected 35 appearances across all competitions last term, netting eight goals in the process.
Vincenzo Montella is in the hunt for an experienced striker to partner Giovanni Simeone in the final third, and the Spanish star ticks many of the boxes.
Llorente has already played in Italy, having spent two years at Juventus, for whom he scored 23 goals in 63 top-flight outings.
