Fiorentina forward Luis Muriel thinks his teammate Federico Chiesa is worth over €100m given the current insanity on the transfer market
Already approached by Manchester United, Inter Milan, AC Milan, Juventus, and AS Roma, the Italy international could depart Florence at the end of the season.
The Viola know the 21-year-old could earn them a substantially higher fee than Federico Bernardeschi, who joined Juventus for €40m two years ago.
Therefore, the Lilies are said to be looking for at least €80m to sanction Chiesa’s transfer, and the current market prices give them every right to hope they can get such a figure.
But, Muriel thinks Fiorentina should not be considering anything less than €100m.
“For how the market is going now, he is also worth more than €100m.
“He is a great player, still very young and can only improve compared to what we have seen of him.
“And I really think he can become one of the best technical players.”
