Manchester City have already opened talks with the Jamaica international over a possible summer switch, although they will try to arrange Sane’s sale first.
Chelsea and Manchester United are also interested in bringing the lightning-fast forward to the Premier League.
Despite being just 22 years old, Bailey has already racked up over 100 appearances for Leverkusen in all competitions since arriving from Genk in 2017.
Even though he has endured an injury-riddled season, the left-footed winger has clocked up seven goals and three assists to bring his tally at the BayArena to 24 goals and 15 assists.
