Mourinho praises youngsters who impressed against Young Boys

Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho cut a happy figure in his post-match press conference. This is after the Red Devils made light work of UEFA Champions League debutantes Young Boys on Wednesday.A brace from Paul Pogba and a deflected Anthony Martial second half shot was enough for the win. Pogba, scored his third goal of the season with a thumping left foot shot from just inside the box. At the stroke of half time, he converted a penalty.Martial, who has been on the sidelines and heavily rumoured to leave the club put the result beyond doubt. Mourinho chose to recognise the efforts of his young full backs Diogo Dalot and Luke Shaw who played a crucial role.“I also want to be nice to Luke (Shaw) because both play at the same level. I think Diogo and Luke played very very well. Our danger come from both. They had a fantastic movement, they had crosses, they had assists. They were involved in the most dangerous actions.“For Diogo, first match for the club after a knee surgery. I think very good solid performance. Everyone could see that he is a 19 year old player that has more than 10 years to play for Manchester United,” Mourinho told the press.United turn their attention to their league assignment at Old Trafford on Saturday. Marcus Rashford and Nemanja Matic started against Young Boys but miss out because of suspension.
