Neymar is a ‘mastermind’ behind Paris Saint-Germain’s mocking of Erling Haaland’s celebration in the UEFA Champions League, according to Marquinhos
PSG dumped Borussia Dortmund out of the competition to reach the quarter-finals thanks to a 2-0 home victory in the second leg in Paris after succumbing 2-1 in Germany.
The Norwegian rising star had scored a brace at the Signal Iduna Park, performing his traditional goal celebration that seems to had bothered the Samba forward.
But, Neymar was the one to break the deadlock at the Parc des Princes, as he seized the opportunity to mock ‘Die Borussen’ starlet by mimicking his ‘Zen’ celebration.
Indeed, the 28-year-old had it all premeditated before the match, as per his fellow Brazil international colleague Marquinhos.

"Neymar likes it that way. He isn't afraid & always responds to provocations.
"After his goal, I asked him if he had taken everything out. He warned me, I told him to wait until the end of match, but he told me to not stop it." pic.twitter.com/70kEPuD97r
“He likes that,” Marquinhos said, as reported by ESPN. “Neymar is not just a football player, he is not afraid and always responds to provocations.
“After his goal, I asked him if he had taken everything out.
“He warned me, I told him to wait until the end of the match, but he told me to leave it and not to stop it.”
After the second-leg success, the PSG players overwhelmed social media by posting videos and photos of the entire team mocking Haaland’s celebration in the locker room.
Now that Marquinhos undisclosed the ‘brain’ behind this prank, Neymar could find his public image further tainted, as the ex-Barcelona man has never quite represented a typical role model.
