An indispensable first-team member for the reigning English champions, Sterling has announced his pleasure with his life at the Etihad Stadium.
“I love it here [Man City],” Sterling said in an interview with GQ. “This is one of the best clubs in the world, and I’m here for the long haul. But you just don’t know what happens in the future. I’m still young and, like I say, I am loving every minute.”

Previously tracked by Barcelona and Real Madrid, the former Reds star has also admitted that he likes the prospect of playing away from England in the future.
“Ever since I was a kid, 100 percent it’s always been a dream of mine to play abroad somewhere. It would be nice one day to finish training and go home and sit in your garden and eat some dinner.”
Widely regarded as one of the best wingers in Europe, the 24-year-old is known for his energy, pace, and attack-mindedness, as well as, killer instinct in the box.
Pep Guardiola has only helped Sterling to fulfill his potential and establish himself as one of the best players in the English top tier.
Talking about his relationship with the Spanish manager, the Kingston native said: “He’s demanding, but it’s good.”
“It makes you want to do better and – I don’t know how to explain this – makes you want to prove to him and show him every time you go on the field you’re playing for your position in his team, because of the numbers we have and the quality we have as well.
“He has challenged me, never let me be comfortable.”
