In-demand Porto defender Eder Militao is on the verge of joining Real Madrid, according to the recent claims from Brazil
The 21-year-old has attracted interest from Manchester United and Chelsea, but the inclusion of Real Madrid has made things difficult for the Premier League giants.
A disastrous season has forced Florentino Perez to return to the transfer market and make a competitive squad that can challenge for trophies in Spain and Europe again.
The first name on Perez’s shortlist seems to be the Brazilian defender, who may cost Los Blancos €50 million should the rumors turn out to be true.

As reported by Globo, Los Merengues and the Dragons have already found an agreement.
Additionally, the same source also states the player has agreed a six-year contract with the reigning Champions League holders and passed a medical on Monday.
If everything goes as planned, Militao should link up with his new teammates at the end of the season and fight Raphael Varane for the starting eleven.
