Sergej Milinkovic-Savic’s agent has jetted into London to negotiate his client’s transfer from Lazio to Manchester United, according to the latest reports from England and Italy
Faced with an imminent departure of Paul Pogba, the Red Devils are frantically looking for a top-class replacement as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer aims for the Premier League glory next season.
The France international has already announced his desire to join Real Madrid, and his entourage Mino Raiola is reportedly working around the clock to make that happen.
As a result, United will be forced to intervene on the market to fill a huge gap that will undoubtedly be left should Pogba materializes his move to La Liga.
As reported by the British news outlet, Express, the Red Devils have identified Lazio’s Sergej Milinkovic-Savic as the Frenchman’s successor at the Theatre of Dreams.

The Premier League heavyweights already tried to capture the Serbian midfielder last summer, but the Biancocelesti’s staggering £120m asking price eventually scared off Ed Woodward.
However, the 24-year-old’s dramatic drop-off in form has resulted in his price decreasing to around £80m, which is deemed acceptable by the United hierarchy.
Moreover, Pogba won’t leave Old Trafford for less than £150m, which will enable Solskajer to overhaul his squad and also finance Milinkovic-Savic’s move.
Meanwhile, after enduring mixed fortunes last season, Milinkovic-Savic is reportedly pushing for a sale, as he hopes to rejuvenate his career away from the Stadio Olimpico.
