Juventus and Napoli are set to battle it out for the signature of Tottenham Hotspur right-back Kieran Trippier this summer, according to recent reports from England and Italy
The reigning Serie A holders are on the verge of selling Joao Cancelo to Manchester City, and the new boss Maurizio Sarri has already named the 28-year-old England international as his replacement.
However, it will be a daunting prospect for the Bianconeri to get the deal over the line, as Napoli already opened talks with the former Burnley man, who seems to be favoring a switch to Serie A.

Carlo Ancelotti is not convinced by Elseid Hysaj’s capability of performing at the highest level after the Albanian’s struggling for form for the majority of last season.
As for the Spurs, they won’t oppose Trippier’s transfer and will reportedly offload him should someone offers £25m for his services.
Mauricio Pochettino already has Serge Aurier and the whizz-kid Kyle Walker-Peters at his disposal, which makes him open to selling his first-choice right-back this summer.
