Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane has advised out-of-favor Los Blancos players to start looking for new accommodation at the end of the season
Overall, a season to forget for the reigning Champions League winners, who have been left without a chance of winning a major silverware for the first time in five years.
An underwhelming campaign by Real’s high standards has seen a host of significant first-team members giving virtually no contribution for the majority of the season.
Gareth Bale, Marco Asensio, Isco, Marcelo, Luka Modric, and Toni Kroos have all failed to live up to expectations this year and could leave the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu, according to recent reports.
On the eve of Real Madrid’s trip to Rayo Vallecano, Zinedine Zidane has suggested that players, who won’t have a regular game time next year, should think of a new adventure rather than risk staying out of action.
“If they’re under contract, they can stay here, even if they know that they’re not going to get game time,” the French manager said.

“However, I think that all of them are looking to play. If I was asked the question, I’d want to go elsewhere and get more minutes.
“With 22 or 23 players in the squad, the reality in football is that there’ll be players who’ll end up getting less game time. But if there’s no space for a given player, it’s better for them to go and play.”
A potential victory at the Campo de Futbol de Vallecas would seal Real’s Champions League promotion spot, as they sit ten points above fifth-placed Sevilla, with four La Liga fixtures left to go.
